 | | | JOHN CRANE's Moscow office provides sales and technical support for Russia, Ukraine and Belorus'
for the full range of mechanical seals, couplings, sealant systems and other
ancillary equipment supplied by
John Crane.
The technical support offered by our Moscow office ranges from qualified advice on product application to assistance in fitting and commissioning new equipment on site, as well as conducting on-the-spot seal failure analysis, where necessary.
Our application engineers are also able to assist in upgrading sealing systems on existing rotating equipment to achieve greater levels of operational reliability and efficiency.
In addition, our Moscow operation is supported regionally by the following sales, manufacturing and service facilities:
- LLC "John Crane-Iskra", Perm' (dry gas seal systems for turbomachinery)
- Sumy, Ukraine (sales office)
JOHN CRANE - ISKRA , a joint venture formed between John Crane, OAO NPO "Iskra" (Perm) and ZAO TD "Gaztekhsnab", is currently the only facility in Russia fully dedicated to the manufacture and servicing of dry gas seal systems for compressors, with a full dynamic testing capability and a team of fully qualified gas seal service technicians.
Through its alliance with NPO Iskra and other OEMs John Crane-Iskra is also able to offer turnkey retrofit packages for upgrading existing compressors from oil seals to dry gas seals, from engineering study to commissioning of the new system. Our Perm' facility also offers a full programme of both in-house and on-site customer training.
Our Moscow office is also able to provide up-to-the-minute information on price and availability of the full range of John Crane pump seal products, all of which can be ordered through this office, through one of our local partners or distributors or, in the case of gas seals, through LLC "John Crane-Iskra" in Perm'.
John Crane is also supported by a number of approved local partners and distributors including ZAO PIK "Energotrust" (Moscow), Pumps & Seals Co. (Moscow) and ZAO Trade-Capital (Volgograd) who in addition to providing a first point of contact for consultation are able to provide a range of additional services including payment in local currency, customs clearance, delivery and in some instances ex-stock availability of seals and parts.
John Crane's products have been fully certified by certified by GOSGORTEKHNADZOR GOSGORTEKHNADZOR, the Russian safety standards agency, for use in hazardous environments. | |  |
